I have just installed an oscar cluster, and now we are concerned with mpi codes.
In our previous cluster we have used pbs+mpiexec to run MPI codes with MPICH (mpiexec allows pbs to
be aware of the multiple jobs launched by mpi), but in the oscar cluster, mpiexec it is not
installed, and the procedure would involve to reinstall a new pbs again.
How do you use mpi+pbs?. LAM MPI shares with MPICH the problem of launching multiple jobs in pbs?.
