I'm looking at using OSCAR for a cluster that I'm setting up at my college. My biggest concern is ease of maintenance, particularly after the initial setup is done (i.e., security/software updates). Since RedHat is phasing out support of older versions quickly, I'm interested in knowing how soon (if it doesn't already) OSCAR will support RH8 or RH9. The documentation says only 7.2 and 7.3 are supported...will that change in the near future? Is anyone currently using OSCAR on one of the newer RedHat versions?
