i developed a web interface to an OSCAR cluster . I am trying to do an rpm version . For now , you can sumit your job only for MPICH . After your job have been submited at our cluster , you are emailed when your job began and finalled execution.
You then are allowed to pick up your output in a Web server using your login and your passwords. The only things you have to do to get access to our web interfaces is been a member of our mailing list at http://mail.bioinfo.cu/mailman/listinfo/cluster/ I am looking for developers to help me in that. All the scripts are in .php and bash.If some one out there are willing to be part of this , please let it me know .
