This is a general question about how you guys are setting up PBS queues.
Currently we are just using the default PBS workq queue and are thinking of expanding that to 2 queues - one to run short jobs and the other for longer running jobs.
I was wondering how easy is it for users to figure out the amount of time they need to run their job. This is necessary if we are to impose a time-limit on the short queues (only for jobs <2 min for instance).
Any tips/suggestions are welcome - thanks for your attention.
