Hello Everybody. Thanks a lot for all the response...I did during this
brief lapse try installing the DB node and guess what: I added the db node
name in /etc/hosts file on the master node,after which I installed two
other slave nodes and OSCAR's push(more like C3 push) replicated the data
on all the other nodes...So now I have a cluster in which all nodes are db
node aware and with least amount of effort on my part and also no problems
for node additions in future.
   Will have to do the /scratch installation and mounting and stuff but am
expecting it to be fairly simple..thanks once again...
