By my question before, I just needed to make sure you were actually going through the build step on the nodes, where you see it creating inodes and downloading many files. Although MAC assignment must happen before you're building the nodes (the order is reversed below), it's now clear to me that you are indeed going through the node build step because of the output you're seeing.
About your inode difference... are the hard drives the same on each node? If they're different, that could explain the inode mismatch. As long as the nodes reboot off their own hard drive ok, then you should be ok to run the "Complete Cluster Setup" step. Can you ssh to the nodes as root?

hello,
1 - I made client image with two nodes and starting IP address.
2 - I make the autoinstall floppy.
3 - I boot the first node with that floppy and collect it's MAC address on server. It downloads many files.I assign the MAC address to the node on server. Then I reboot the first node. Then it is ready to work with cluster.
4 - I boot the second node with the same floppy and collect it's MAC address on server. It downloads many files. I assign the MAC address to the node on server. Then I reboot the second node. Then it is ready to work with cluster.
5 - On server node I select "Complete Cluster Setup". and it gives error after some time.
Are the above steps allright or i have to do something else also.
while making the client image it asks about IP assignments i.e. static, dhcp ....
what all they mean and do they effect the installation.
One more thing while I boot the second node from autoinstall floppy it just give the 67 inodes entries but during the installation of first node it gives 297 inodes entries.... this is the one difference which i found out.
Sir please elaborate your last question as i don't understand what you are asking.
Help me out

- Are you doing the step between those two (it's not numbered)? It amounts to booting again off the autoinstall floppy after MAC collection... during this second boot, the nodes will download their image from the server.
