Dear Bernard,
1. Hard disk is ADAPTEC SCSI ULTRA320 40GB- aic79xx driver. I have tried all options - recompiling kernel - included SCSI,network supports and reinstalling OS without tftp packages. But still I am getting the same error. Still during PXE booting it is not detecting the correct harddisk. My master is in 2.6 kernel. During PXE boot systemimager tries to push 2.4 kernel. Is anything required here.

2. In additional to this I am also facing problems installing OSCAR-4 on RHAS3.0. OSCAR Wizard itself is not comming up. I get mysql error and the installation terminates there.

Error:1045 : Access denied for user using password:NO

This is the same error when I executing mysql in command line. But the same is executing fine in Fedora Core-2 and as a result of that OSCAR Wizard popps up.

I have manually installed mysql-server RPM in my master-RHAS3.0.

Regards,
Rajiv

I don't think the problem is with tftp - it seems that the kernel does
not have the module for the hard disk, that is why I want to know what
type of hard drive Rajiv is using (specs).

Thanks,

Bernard

Hi Bernard
As Rajiv wrote ,
Dear All,
The following is the exact error while PXE booting the
slave. Both master and slaves are SCSI disks.
so, it is clear he is using SCSI HDD. Rajiv - you can try installing
FC2 without tftp server and then installing OSCAR server in
it - so you dont have to uninstall existing tftp to load
Oscar's TFTP. It may can solve ur problem.

Regards,
Krish
