I am installing OSCAR 4.2 on CentOS 4.1 x86_64. The clients boot to the network correctly, configure their disks, and begin rsync'ing their filesystems from the server. After a few seconds, the process hangs. I found the following in /var/log/systemimager/rsyncd on the server:
