You are correct that this error is not important, in fact it's just a minor bug in the test script which is fixed in OSCAR 4.2.1. However, you are wrong in saying that "Oscar doesn't install ganglia" - Ganglia is included as part of OSCAR's included packages. To fix the problem, make a backup copy of /opt/oscar/packages/ganglia/testing/test_user and download the following file and replace the original:
http://svn.oscar.openclustergroup.org/oscar/branches/branch-4-2/packages/ganglia/testing/test_user This will resolve the Ganglia test issue.
