We currently do not have any "official" support for HSM, but OSCAR is very modular and flexible so it is easy for you to integrate third-party software with the core components.
If you would like to integrate HSM with OSCAR, you might consider creating an OSCAR Package such that other users can benefit from it too (I assume HSM is GPL). We can help you with the packaging via this list.
