Did you cut & paste the output or did you type it out? It does not look correct...
Also, why do you have apitest 1.0.0 RPM in /tftpboot/rpm? That is not included with OSCAR 4.2...
Can you show the output of:
# ls -l $OSCAR_HOME/packages/apitest/distro/fc2
? If possible, please cut & paste from the terminal so we know what it is exactly...
The problem I see with your current output is " apitest-0.2.+1-4.i386 .rpm" - this does not look like a correct filename...

I have edited my host name and re-run the oscar installation, the
installation still stops with apitest error I have attached the new log just
