There is partial FC 7 support in the subversion trunk, you are welcome
to test it out and help us get it up and running sooner than later.
Trunk is a tad unstable at the moment, since we are making some major
changes in preparation for the 5.1 release, so don't go this route
unless you have some development time on your hands or you really need
the newer kernels/drivers from FC7.

To answer your other questions, OSCAR uses NFS to share its home file systems.

OSCAR has both Torque/Maui and SGE as options for your scheduling
system, and several flavors of MPI as well.

Multiple architectures (specifically x86_64 and i386) are possible
with the use of a x86_64 head node.  This process is not something I
have experience in, but there is some documentation available if you
would like to try it out.  Assistance in expanding the documentation
in this are would certainly be appreciated.
