Look at the user documentation, for example:

You must have the i386 distro (rpms) in /tftpboot/distro/... and the i386
oscar RPMs in /tftpboot/oscar/... . Then the image build step will offer you a
choice on which kind of image you should build (the GUI has a drop down
menu).

The problem you will currently have is with booting the nodes to install them.
I usually copy from /usr/share/systemimager/$ARCH/boot/standard/ the initrd
and kernel to /tftpboot/initrd-$ARCH and /tftpboot/kernel-$ARCH and customize
two install pxelinux.cfg files (copies /tftpboot/pxelinux.cfg/default), one for
each architecture. netbootmgr can help with this, but isn't yet automatic (due
to lack of time on my side).
