There is something flakey with the driver systemimager is trying to use for your network card.

ITs not a happy camper, I'm supprised it got as far as it did really. I would try to preload the driver from your modprobe.conf file like I did for my dell SATA drivers detailed here (http://svn.oscar.openclustergroup.org/trac/oscar/wiki/TipLDAP). If that doesn't work, I would suspect some sort of problem with the switch, but that shouldn't make it reboot as much as hang I wouldn't think.
