A bad copy was uploaded to sourceforge which was missing some files, please
try downloading the oscar files again from
http://svn.oscar.openclustergroup.org/php/download.php?d_name=beta
Make sure you run /opt/oscar/scripts/start_over or reinstall the base OS
before starting the new installation.
