Hi Michael and Hazim,

No, the CDs/DVD of fedora-7,8,9 does not contain all the rpms for the OSCAR 
installation. We need to use the everything repository of the Fedora distro 
repsoitory.
So, for example, I use the following mirror containing every rpms for Fedora 7 
in my /tftpboot/distro/fedora-7-i386.url
# cat fedora-7-x86_64.url 
file:/tftpboot/distro/fedora-7-x86_64
http://ftp.ussg.iu.edu/linux/fedora/linux/releases/7/Everything/x86_64/os
