That just means you are probably running another web server (or some other
app that is using port 80 I suppose) on that box.
check "netstat -lp" and see if it lists something like this
tcp 0 0 *:http *:*
LISTEN -
If it does, then do "ps -ef | grep http" and then stop that program
(probably some apache)
Then try the oscar step again.
