No, I didn't and I don't know how to do it. Right now it seems that I 
have no
chance to log into any of the nodes as root. I assume I have to reset 
the root password
on the nodes the hard way, e.g. with a live cd, mounting the / 
filesystem and
than do a passwd root. Any chances to avoid this?
