Hi all, Quick notification to notify everyone that i had to break the code freeze: some users, who are nice enough to do extensive testing of the future oscar-6.0.1, had some problems i could not even understand. To address that issue, i added a new capabilities to the oscar-config script, in order to be able to track the bugs in a more efficient way.
The new version of the script includes two new options: verbose and debug, and the logs are now also in the /var/log/oscar/bootstrap.log file. Therefore, if you are testing the binary packages for the future 6.0.1 version, please use the following command: "oscar-config --bootstrap --verbose". If you have any problems, please send me the log file. I hope it will help to fix the remaining bugs but also remember that i did not enough time to test that new capability and it is always a pain to modify the bootstrapping mechanism. New RPM packages are already available which include those modifications, Debian packages will follow shortly.
