OSCAR 5.1rc1 is the most stable version of oscar. In general it is most
heavily tested on RHEL.
SGE and Torque are the same kinds of programs, so if you need SGE you don't
want Torque installed. It would be much against the point to have two
different schedulers. The conflict is intentional.
