Ansgar,

It case it can help, i had previously the problem
1/ when using virtual machines, and i did not really have the time to try to 
understand why (it may be because of point 2),
2/ when the kernel on the headnode is <= 2.6.18.x (most certainly the case with 
CentOS-5), in that case, systemimager which is using a kernel > 2.6.18 rename 
differently the hard drives/partitions; in that specific case, the solution is 
to use the YUOK capability from SystemImager.

The error persists with the newly created image. I do not have  
detailed information right now, but I will investigate further tomorrow.
