Thanks for the answer.
i think they could be interested in the possibility to have a way to deploy 
easily ESX(i) on cluster because it's the aim of ESX(i) but mayber they already 
work on their solution. It's quite interesting what you do with KVM but 
unfortunately, we use some spécific stuff of VMware that we could not translate 
to an other virtualisation application.
so i will try the hard solution of installing on node and cloning it on the 
other and change the network conf mannually.
