Thilo, This is a good patch: initially i assumed that for all the repositories, we will remove the gpg check but with your patch, we check this is done for the OSCAR repository. I like that but we will also have to update later other part of the code (such as the system sanity check component).
Anyway, i will check in your modification as soon as the SVN repo will be back online for sure.
