Mitch, First of all sorry for the lack of help from my side, I had critical issues to deal with.
Can you give the the output of the following command: whereis mksimachine For some reason the script is not available on your system, I guess there is a problem in a script somewhere. I do not have currently access to my devel machine which died a few days ago but with the output of the command I should be able to track the problem.
