I already have installed Oscar 6.1 on Ubuntu 10.04 x86_64. So far, packages like ganglia, mpi, torque are not available for this implementation. I would like to manually setup this services along with some other software such as NAMD, Autodock, gromacs, etc. Which would be the proper way of doing this?
