My cluster has a head nodes and 20 compute-nodes, all is running RedHat EL
version 5.6 (kernel 2.6.18-238.el5) and oscar 5.1
Oscar installation pass correctly except some error on the final test.
I have 2 issues: when running mpirun manually and submit with qsub
1/ when I run mpirun, I have the error caused by the “memlock” limit by default
o 32KB. How I can adjust it to unlimited?
2/ when I submit mpirun to qsub, I get “Bad UID for execution”. I check uid of
user account and #PBS –u username is identical
3/ in /var/spool/pbs/server_priv, it contains the directories acl_users,
acl_hosts and acl_groups but they are empty. How to use them? Does pbs need to
configure in oscar?
