Just to let you know that I changed the hostname in
/etc/sysconfig/network
edited /etc/hosts
and
/etc/c3.conf
rebooted,
regenerated the munge.key and redistributed onto the nodes
rebooted again (because of some strange issue)
and
relaunched OSCAR step 7 which eventually completed successfully excepting for
Maui.
Maui does not start because of the same issue :
Starting MAUI Scheduler: ERROR: server must be started on host 'xxxx'
(currently on 'yyyy')
[FAILED]
The checks I did:
1. During step 7 the /var/lib/torque/server_priv/nodes file was also updated
with
"np=xx all" params.
2. "/opt/pbs/bin/pbsnodes -a" returns the nodes characteristics now.
3. "momctl -d 3" onto the master returns
cannot connect to MOM on node 'localhost', errno=111 (Connection refused)
attempting command again
but
"momctl -h node -d3" works fine.
4. qmgr -c 'list queue workq' works fine .
