instead of hunting for old PC, why don't we ask for donation, then use the money to buy cheap used computer sold in lelong.com.my or mudah.my? or buy used parts such as motherboard, casing, monitor, then assembled it. will be a good training for orphan, handicapped people, or old folks that is IT savvy, to learn about computers.
