Dell direct from factory (contractor version), bukan consumer punya versi.

computer tu nampak mcm dell. takkan OS dia pun cetak rompak?

i was in a with the community colleges and representatives dari industry.
from aku punya observation we need to get the industry to accept people with
skills in alternative software e.g. gimp / blender etc. then baru lah ada
demand dan ipta & ipts akan start ajar software2 ni. lebih kurang mcm red1
with adempiere.

kalau dipaksa ipt ajar gimp/blender then the graduates pulak akan stuck
because very few animation/design houses will employ them since will need to
retrain using different applications. a balance approach is required.

Instead of advert, why can't we just go there and knock the door?

Show them what we got and how they can benefit, with some cost of
course. It will be much more, more, more cheaper then paying for the
fine.

Show them the equivalent of (taken from the news):

Adobe Photoshop - GIMPshop
Adobe Acrobat - PDFwriter
Adobe Illustrator - Inkscape
Adobe Dreamwear[sic] - Kompozer
Adobe Flash - Ming Flash? Need some frontend
Adobe Fireworks - Pencil animation - http://www.pencil-animation.org/
Adobe Directory[sic] - It is Adobe Director, you *****. - Blender 3D
Microsoft Windows - GNU/Linux
Microsoft Visual Studio. - GCC, KDevelop, Anjuta, Eclipse

See, even the reporter is IT blind.

Let's give them some vision.
