quick replies: 1. when a person becomes a member, there is a minimum subscription that he has to make (in this case lutfi has suggested rm20) 2. a member can increase the amount of subscription (for example i can subscribe to rm500) but not exceeding 20% of the total share 3. besides share subscription (capital fund), the cooperative can also impose fees (income fund) 4. a cooperative must have a minimum of 6 directors (sape kata kena ada 10 org ?) and not more than 15 directors 5. there is no minimum on the amount of directors allowance, and the allowance must be for 'khidmat tetap' and approved by agm (so as a start, we can choose to pay 2 'executive' directors rm100 / month for secretarial services, the rest, since they are non-executive directors do not need to be paid, as they do not render 'khidmat tetap')
