1) Standard syllabus for OSS education example http://www.redhat.com/solutions/education/academy/ and http://www.lpi.org/ 2) Certification for universities like LPI dan RHCE 3) Cooperation between industry, university, OSS community and government agencies to develop the programs for item 1 and 2. 4) To conduct surveys related to OSS education. 5) Prepare timeline and get general agreement eith every body in the council.
