Boh, The one at the IBM site me thinks is the old syllabus. LPI is developed by a consortium of vendors including people like Novell, IBM & Red Hat. The certification program itself is considered neutral and applicable to moat distros.
As for the syllabus always check the LPI site for the latest and moat concise one.
