One way is to ask them to go to commercial open source such as RedHat. They are modelled to serve such professional requests. There is no argument about devs not charging for freebies cos thats the lifestyle that defines the era of RMS. They made out of freedom and sharing. US was once the land of the plenty. Today it is not. Its now money, and selling more arms to make money while grabbing oil and land. Still many of us love that concept of sharing and freedom. So i find today many local FOSS guys and gals too often willing to share without asking for compensation. IMHO that spirit should not stop. Who knows, one day the spirit moves from California to the other side.

Could agree more with this.
But it is sad that some people do not think this way.
When you volunteer to help them, they expect the exact same thing they get for those support services they paid to those expensive paid softwares. And when you tell them that you are not free and delay to assist them, they dare to scold you like hell, as if they had paid you damn much, although themself know, they din pay a single cent.
