First of all, why for such a simple exemple didn't you talk about the exclusion xml as a possible solution along with intrinsic classes?
I just didn't think of it at the time -- but now that you mention it, it makes perfect sense :) I updated the page with additional instructions and a new sample download:

How can one apply the principle of "DLL" to a complexe set of classes?
Well, I'd use Ariaware Optimizer (shameless plug!) - http://ariawareoptimizer.com :)
I'm sure there's also a way to achieve it using a combination of other tools (MTASC and Swfmill come to mind.) Dependency-handling becomes an issue -- I know we had to work long and hard to overcome this while making Optimizer (I can't take any of the credit -- it was all Burak and Peter's genius!) :)
