[osflash] A problem with FlashDevelop.exe and some other related exe files

[awflasher.com]

Any guy meet with this problem:?

open openning "FlashDevelop.exe"

there is an alert box , with "The application failed to initialize properly 
(0x0000135) . Click on OK to terminate the application."

I felt puzzled about this ...
