Hi John, I think you misunderstood what was meant by adding it to your
path.  You will need to modify the PATH environment variable. So if
you do this in a console "ECHO %PATH%" it contains the folder path of
swfmill as well as any of the other paths that were already there. 
Once you do this, you should be able to type "swfmill" on an xp
console and it will execute.  Then you can make sure the in your ant
build.xml your executable is like this " executable='swfmill' ".  Hope
