Hello Kerem, I know it was a while ago this was discussed, but I happened to my surprise come across a GNU licensed software that can do spectral analysis of wav files and save it as a text file. It's called spectrum lab and is a piece of software for radio amateurs. http://www.qsl.net/dl4yhf/
