It's unfortunate to hear this. Is this because you are thinking that too much of the syntax would need to change? Or is it more because you would need compatability with other flash libraries to make it worthwhile to do? Or something else?
Based on what Nicolas has been doing so far, changes wouldn't be frivolous and largely for the better, but I understand that often the reliability of compatability is the major driving force for a library. I'm just asking so that I understand if that's what it is.
