I've just wrote a small tutorial at the Flash Game Programming Wiki on how to use my (universal) build file for Eclipse/FDT. It is at http://fgpwiki.corewatch.net/index.php/Universal_buildfile_for_Eclipse_and_FDT ... at the bottom of the build file you can see how the FDT View task is used.
