again, they don't give away the player for free. they give away free
beer, but it's only served in some pubs. all other pubs need to
license their beer in order to be able to serve it for free. so if you
own a kiosk chain and want to serve adobe flash beer there, you first
need to buy a license. the reason they do that is that they want to
earn money with their beer, so i really don't think that they don't
care.
