One controller per application only makes sense to me if you have your
whole app in one FLA/MXML file. Otherwise, whenever I have multiple SWFs
(one form = one swf), I use a separate controller for each.
In terms of scalability, I prefer the one controller per view approach
for all but the simplest apps.
