My vote goes towards the images editor, especially if there is an easy interface to allow the client application to make the changes visibly and then tell the server what actions to complete (so the entire image doesn't need to be sent back to the server)  I think things like cropping, resizing, and adjusting brightness/contrast would be pretty cool.  Even adding text might be nice.  But if you decide to do an sql database designer, it'd be great if it was generic enough to support mysql and others instead of just mssql.  Just my 2 cents :D  Either way I hope you have fun ;)

Hey all,
I've been thinking about creating a OS Flash RIA as personal project.
I've been doing a lot professionally, but I can't really call it RIA
work (but that will be changing very soon!! So excited :) ).

I thought I'd give a shout out to fellow OS flashers and ask, "What
would you build?"

I have 2 ideas:
1) MSSQL Designer (love to do it for my ColdFusion work)
2) Image Editor (crop, resize, rotate, save... etc)
