1 Press->Main Icon Menu.
2 Select->About FLASC. it opens a Window, with about title.
3 Click-> the title of "Avout window" and see how the about_movieclip go behing the window.
And then when you repeat the steps 1~2 the about movie clip appear outside the Window.
