Sounds good together with a oneliner description.
Maybe presenting this via an "onMouseOverTagSubmenu" showing the tags matching the chosen project and when mouse is moved over the submenue a wikipage with the tagtitle can be opened.
Anybody know how to write a plugin like that? Flash needed? Could the submenue-canvas look like a sun instead of a cloud? :-)
