I think this is a great idea. Most non-profit companies work this way.
There is always room for people to cheat and it does happen, but with
good leadership lots can get done and that can be avoided. I think
flash could really use a non profit fund/organization to get some of
these projects that, it doesnt seem, can get done any other way.
