on the other hand, if you have branding going already and a name picked out, then it might become important to secure that. Now, I wouldn't do it if I didn't actually have something written / done. I think in that case, you'd be right - you'd have some hopes out there, but nada to download. It's kind of a gray area there. When should you reserve a name?
Tell you what, I'm into putting my money where my mouth is: I'll post what I have and let people know its SO alpha, that it hurts. BUt I think at this point it'd be great to get people's input on where i've take it. I'll also record a short video on usage and known issues.

I've already been talking to someone about separating out the designer portion to be used as a panel in applications like FlashDevelop. But that's a ways away ;)
Look for the post tomorrow. I'll clean stuff up tonight and make it available (including source obviously) tomorrow. Anyone wanting to join the team and help out is more than welcome to submit some code changes and then I'll add you to the team ;)
