Hi João, I would suggest perhaps altering your abstract to "successful company" (i.e. structuring a successful company for RIA development). 'Perfection' is difficult, if not impossible, to quantify, and will certainly not be achieved by an increasing granularity of roles.
I would be interested to hear of other factors you are considering. Are you suggesting that the determined factor to company success is dependant solely upon clearly defined roles within a company? -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of João Saleiro Sent: 21 April 2007 11:01 To: Open Source Flash Mailing List Subject: Re: [osflash] [OT] Titles of job positions on Web Development Thank you Ian, that helps too. I'm doing an academic document about the development of RIAs. To be more precise, the question here is: imagine you want to create a "perfect" company for building rich internet applications and rich websites, where you have tasks very very well sub-divided, which were all the possible roles (even if they overlap)? The more related to RIA development, better. Anyway, right now i have already: - Software Engineer - Interactive Designer - Designer - Experience Architect - UI Designer - UI Developer - Software Developer - Design Technologist - User Interface Engineer - Web Specialist - Web Engineer - Project Manager - Producer - Content Author - Tester - Graphic Artist - Illustrator - Voice Artist - Support Technician - Server Administrator [...] João Saleiro _______________________________________________ osflash mailing list [email protected] http://osflash.org/mailman/listinfo/osflash_osflash.org _______________________________________________ osflash mailing list [email protected] http://osflash.org/mailman/listinfo/osflash_osflash.org
