Hi all, Just a follow up for an old thread, that I've finally resolved.
The issue : using Enlarge to preprocess files on osx. The trouble : No macro or #ifdef directives was working, only !out The fix : I was using UTF-8 encoding with BOM. Just don't use UTF-8 with BOM.
