Hi guys, sorry if you've already answered this, I just changed my mail
options from digest to per-message so I'm hoping I'll get your replies
today. I've tried a myriad of ways to embed the swc, an swf and the
lot. Using [Embed(source='Button.swc')] throws and error, the compiler
doesn't know how to handle the extension swc and no mimeType was
specified, saving the component in a swf and using
[Embed(source='Button.swf'] works, but I can't manipulate any of the
properties of the Button class and last but not least I tried adding a
bunch of paths to my flex-config.xml under
<external-library-path> and <library-path>. I tried these
things all with different imports and such so there really are a lot
of variables in why it isn't working, although I'm sure it's a simple
thing. I don't see why Adobe can't just give us some classes that work
without all the hoohaw. Thanks!
