I spent a bunch of time reading the MPL, I really don't think there should
be an issue in this case because I don't make a single modification to Flex
as defined by the MPL. The only reason i package teh SDK is for users
convienance, all my program does is produce MXML and actionscript to be
compiled by flex. My other option if I get really paranoid is to create an
installer for the Flex OpenSource SDK and MPL that and have people install
that first offering the two products completely seperatly, because you are
allowed to do with them what you wish once you have them, I am also pretty
confident in the respone I got from Mozilla, there didnt appear to be any
hesitation on their part, they made it seem that in this case this
configuration works. I guess I do have a third option, which would be to
change my license or delete the conflicting section of the GPL and release
my stuff under my own license (which is probably a horrid idea). But I am
keeping on top of it as best as I can, if you find anything out tell me,
thanks. I even have another option which doesnt involve me, just have people
download the SDK themself and paste the files into the proper directory.
